Return Policy
Elimination
We accept order cancellations prior to product shipment or production. If an order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We are unable to cancel an order if the product has already shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be located in its original packaging. In order to complete your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Customers will be charged a maximum of one shipping fee (including returns). Consumers will not be charged a restocking fee when returning a product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you a receipt notice via email. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, start by double-checking your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next contact your bank. Refunds usually take some processing time before they are issued.
